Producer

I'm a producer based in Los Angeles, working as a producer, line producer, and UPM across narrative film, branded content, music videos, and serialized digital drama. Over the past six years I've produced 780+ episodes for platforms like iQIYI, DramaBox, ReelShort, and Good Shorts, run live studio operations, and carried everything from K-pop music videos to festival shorts from script breakdown to final delivery. The formats change constantly; the job underneath them doesn't — get a lot of people pointed at the same plan and keep them there until the work is done.

I produced ENHYPEN's "Big Girls Don't Cry" for HYBE — 100+ cast and crew, a 19-hour desert shoot, three million views and counting. I've run live broadcasts and branded productions for L'Oréal, Sony, Rolling Stone, and the Getty. At Podhead Studios I led 10+ concurrent productions a month and built the SOPs that pushed on-time starts past 95% and cut operational errors by a quarter. Budgets have run from $10K to $500K, crews from a handful to over a hundred.

The AFI thesis films I've produced and line produced have screened at HollyShorts, Screamfest, and Tallgrass — with a Best Student Short at Cinequest and a Remi win at WorldFest-Houston — most of them made on budgets that shouldn't have gotten them there. That's the standard I hold everything to: make the resources invisible. Most production failures trace back to bad communication, so I over-communicate by design — people know the plan, nobody gets blindsided, and whoever's on the receiving end of anything I send knows exactly what to do next.

I hold an MFA in Producing from the American Film Institute and a BA from UC San Diego, and before film I spent two years teaching with the Peace Corps in South Africa. I'm also betting early on AI tools in production while most of the industry waits to see what happens. If you're building something ambitious and need a producer who can scale it without losing the craft, I'd like to hear about it.
