Producer

Joseph Gonzales is a Los Angeles-based producer known for building structure in chaos. Working across narrative film, vertical series, podcasts, and digital-first content, he specializes in emotionally grounded stories shaped by power, loyalty, and consequence.

His work spans collaborations with HYBE Labels, iQiyi, Good Shorts, and CBRE, as well as high-volume productions including Wizards of Waverly Pod and the viral series VHS Dates. He has produced across podcasts, music videos, short films, and vertical series at scale. A graduate of the AFI Conservatory.

Joseph is often brought in when projects are under pressure — to stabilize teams, protect the creative, and deliver under real-world constraints. He approaches producing not as logistics or creativity alone, but as the system that allows both to succeed.

His perspective is shaped by an observant upbringing in Southern California and his time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in South Africa, where he taught primary school and learned to lead with clarity and trust. His work is driven by a long-term focus: creating stories that feel intimate, hit with precision, and hold up under pressure. He's available for Producer, Line Producer, and Production Operations roles in vertical drama, short-form content, and live broadcast.
